Palletizing systems save time and eliminate the need for heavy manual palletizing activities at the end of the packaging line and therefore can provide a very significant return on investment.

Palletizing centers allow the use of standardized picking systems – following market standards – or customized systems – adapting to the customer’s needs.

All systems will normally include fully automated empty pallet feeding, carton transport, functions such as product orientation, layering and also automatic stretch wrap and / or pallet labeling possibilities.

The main feature of the collaborative palletizing center is to adapt perfectly to scenarios where there is a high mix of different products to be palletized and at lower speeds per product. This allows a solution up to 30% cheaper than the conventional solution and up to 50% less footprint, in addition to allowing the operator or maintainer to enter the cell with the system still in production.
